Role: Programmer / Setter / Operator
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with both online and offline programming. You’ll be working with 3- and 4-axis CNC mills (5-axis experience is a bonus), producing precision components for high-spec industries.
Key Requirements:
- Confident programming, setting, and operating CNC mills
- Experience with 3- and 4-axis machines (5-axis advantageous)
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining best practices
- Ability to work independently and within a small, quality-driven team
- Familiarity with offline programming software preferred
